Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in disaster restoration, construction, or related industry preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge: Comfortable using hand tools, demolition equipment, and PPE; understanding of residential/commercial construction.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications: IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, or Mold Restoration are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Flood & Water Remediation: Extract water, set up drying equipment, and monitor moisture levels to prevent structural damage and mold growth.
• Mold Remediation: Safely remove mold and prevent further contamination using industry-approved techniques.
• Demolition & Cleanup: Conduct demolition of damaged materials and assist in debris removal to prep sites for restoration.
• Sewage & Biohazard Cleanup: Follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines while handling hazardous materials.
• Fire & Smoke Cleaning: Clean and restore areas affected by fire and smoke damage to pre-loss condition.
• On-Call Availability: Respond to emergency calls after hours, including nights and weekends, as part of our rapid response team.
