About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrives at work locations on time and maintains a positive attitude toward colleagues and customers.
• Performs cleaning work efficiently and safely as directed by team leaders or supervisors.
• Ensures manual work and production equipment operates efficiently and at high quality.
• Reports problem areas to the team leader.
• Maintains work area in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
• Completes daily summary information at the end of the shift.
• Submits process control paperwork, shift logs, and inventory reports to the team leader upon request.
• Assists the team leader with on-the-job training of new hires and transfers when required.
• Keeps work and break areas clean.
• Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others in the team.
• Understands and adheres to the employee handbook and safety standards.
• Follows OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards.
• Reports any issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
