DISC Surgery Center is seeking a Per Diem Radiologic Technologist for our Marina Del Ray, CA location. This location specializes in Spine, Orthopedic, and Pain management procedures. In this position, you will: Evaluate radiographs for technical quality and store films according to center policy and guidelines. Maintain documentation, reports, and files according to center policy. Calculate and regulate equipment using the established technique, knowledge, and skill. Knows and practices the principles and procedures of sterile technique. Set up and operate radiation equipment in operating/procedure rooms. Assists physician with imaging procedures. Assists patients with pre and post-procedures according to center policy and established guidelines.

Requirements

• ARRT (R) certification
• Fluoroscopy certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BCLS certification or able to obtain BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Experience using C-arms in the OR

Nice To Haves

• 3 years plus of radiology experience preferred
