Purpose Deliver route-based pest control services to customers by inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, applying professional products, and designing effective control strategies. Ensure operational excellence through timely service, clear communication, and adherence to safety and compliance standards Key Contributions Execute assigned service routes and complete scheduled services. Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and apply appropriate treatment methods. Communicate with operations and customers to explain services, assess needs, and provide follow-up. Apply products safely and in compliance with labels, PPE requirements, and company standards. Monitor treatment effectiveness and communicate results to customers and management. Complete accurate, timely service documentation and system updates. Maintain assigned vehicle, equipment, and tools in safe, clean, working condition. Participate in required training and comply with driving, safety, and regulatory requirements. Support additional operational projects as assigned. Success Metrics Complete =98% of scheduled service stops, as assigned. Maintain =90% accuracy in service documentation and application compliance. Achieve =70% positive customer satisfaction scores on post-service surveys. Submit or sell a minimum of 8 qualified technician leads per month. Respond to =95% of service delivery issues or escalations within 24 hours with zero repeat issues. Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents.
