Responsibilities

• Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures directly from technical drawings, standard work, and schematics.
• Contribute to technical reports that summarize findings and recommend actionable fixes to complex problems.
• Calibrate, enhance, and maintain advanced test equipment to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Serve as a team leader within your functional area, guiding a small group of technicians toward excellence.
• Maintain all required certifications to support high-stakes aerospace and defense testing.
• Recommend and implement 6S improvements to streamline workflows and elevate operational standards.
