This position transitions to a weekend shift after training and includes a 15% shift differential once you’re on 4th shift. Requirements

Willing to work weekend shift.
Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

2 plus years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
Ability to setup and know how to operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
Active Security Clearance.
Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.
