About The Position

Repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in moves of slot-related equipment. Create a memorable experience by providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Nice To Haves

A two-year degree in the electronics field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
Be able to deal with high-volume customer interactions, and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful.
Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel; seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
Ensure slot-playing guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions.
Utilize open body language to guests on the casino floor while patrolling; politely speak with and assist guests as needed.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain slot-related equipment on the casino floor and in the slot shop.
Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of slot-related equipment.
Maintain proper logs in compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls.
Understand, and adhere to, all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
Promptly and professionally respond to all calls.
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
