Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment or systems.
• Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend and sell additional products or services, often leveraging their expertise in the field.
• Installing new equipment, performing routine maintenance, and addressing customer issues.
• Maintaining records of work performed, documenting issues, and communicating with internal teams.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
