Key responsibilities include providing technical support, training, and assistance, performing network and server administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing Active Directory, maintaining workstations and mobile devices, creating user accounts, and monitoring lab assets and utilization. The position also involves reporting technical problems, assisting with student and instructor training on software applications, collecting and analyzing technical reports, and operating/maintaining printers. The technician may also assist in planning and building new labs and advising on equipment purchases.
