Job Summary This position is responsible for: Overseeing the Reliability electrical read point testing and data analysis. This position is also responsible for Reliability test lots, hardware and equipment tracking. The assigned projects will require the candidate to have adequate understanding of Semiconductor IC electrical testing and Reliability stress testing concept. The candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision and build working relationships with other engineering groups. The candidate should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of commitment and be flexible to project needs. The candidate must be a team player and possess a sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Reliability electrical testing and Reliability WIP tracking.
Knowledge of automated test equipment and its operation.
At least 3 years of related experience in the Semiconductor industry.
Result-oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
