About The Position

As a Technician, Real Time, you help extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization by developing and administering information systems. You analyze and help adapt management systems based on the organization's changing needs. You serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit's activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You conduct specialized technical research and analysis related to processes, information management and data processing. You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems and recommend and help develop ways to improve or adjust methods and procedures to make them as effective and efficient as possible.

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency of English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Knowledge of data analysis
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of the NICE IEX Workforce Management system

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues.
  • Conduct specialized technical studies, research and analysis.
  • Serve as a resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans.
  • Produce and validate management reports and analysis for your unit's professionals.
  • Help develop, roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes.
  • Train users.
  • Help prepare technical notes, guides and training content to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.
  • Help practitioners follow your unit's standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems.
  • Optimize CRC frontline employees' schedules to meet client service objectives.
