About The Position
The position involves operating equipment that blends raw materials to create beverage products according to exact specifications. Responsibilities include weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to meet standards, performing routine tests to ensure the mixture meets specified properties and consistencies, and conducting periodic sampling of products during bottling or canning to ensure quality, fill levels, labeling, freshness dating, and container integrity. The role also requires recording test data and communicating any necessary modifications to the manufacturing process to eliminate irregularities. Additionally, the job may require periodic deep cleaning and sanitizing of blending and filling equipment and production lines.
