Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in mechanical, electrical, or gas systems
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a skilled trade
• Good communication skills and customer-first attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL training support provided)
• Safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with installing and servicing residential & commercial propane tanks and systems
• Learn to perform safety inspections on propane heating systems and appliances
• Train on troubleshooting propane-related equipment under supervision
• Gain hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and repair processes
• Learn safe operation of company vehicles and propane handling standards
• Participate in classroom and field training toward CETP certification
