How the Role Fits in: The Materials Handling Technician is part of the Site Logistics Department, which reports to the INEOS O&P Supply Chain Organization. The role is responsible for receiving and warehousing raw materials (additives and catalysts) associated with polymer production at Chocolate Bayou Works. This role supports all polymer-manufacturing operations at the site. The Main Purpose of the Role: The Materials Handling Technician is responsible for receiving raw materials (additives and catalysts) and verifying accuracy of those deliveries. This position is responsible for generating bar code labels for additives containers and staging the additives for use within the warehouses. This role coordinates with Manufacturing to deliver raw materials to production areas.
