Job Description Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of direction
- Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties
Nice To Haves
- Some knowledge of computers preferred
- Sound judgement and a high level of work ethic
Responsibilities
- Drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry.
- Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - forklift and aerial lift
- Performs all work in accordance with company safety procedures
