About The Position
Key Responsibilities: Safety and Compliance: Adhere to and implement affected Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety during maintenance and operations. Uphold company and regulatory safety standards in all tasks performed. CNC Operations: Operate CNC equipment efficiently to meet production requirements. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Pulverizer Maintenance: Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of pulverizers, including disk maintenance and replacement. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on pulverizers to reduce downtime and maintain productivity. Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrate strong mechanical skills to identify and address equipment issues promptly. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete maintenance tasks. General Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly. Exhibit a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented culture. Display reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts.
