Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with mechanical or electromechanical equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work safely and follow standard operating procedures.
Comfortable working 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs.
Ability to meet expectations related to safety, quality, teamwork, attendance, and productivity.
Willingness to perform cleaning duties and other tasks that support smooth production.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair hard capsule imprinting machines.
Maintain and repair ink viscosity controllers, conveyors, engraving equipment, and related mechanical systems.
Identify and resolve print defects to support consistent quality.
Improve the performance of vision system equipment.
Complete mechanical and administrative tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
Perform required preventive maintenance.
Conduct order changes when production needs require it.
