About The Position

- Lead complex structured cabling projects (Network, Security, A/V, etc.) while working alongside project managers to maintain project timeline. - Oversee Tech 1 and Tech 2 personnel; assign tasks and ensure quality standards - Perform and certify terminations: RJ45, Keystone, F-Connectors, fiber (mechanical & fusion) - Read and interpret prints and documentation; manage updates and field conditions - Conduct advanced testing and certification using OTDR, cable certifier, network analyzer, etc. - Install and dress server racks, building cabling pathways (conduit, basket/ladder trays, etc.). - Perform quality assurance inspections and maintain documentation - Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers - Use Microsoft Office Suite to document deliverables and/or updates and Visio to document rack layouts - Work in various site conditions including confined spaces and heights
