Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
• Some trade school or equivalent training desired

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Conduct diagnostics and make repairs on equipment
• Work safely and effectively to avoid downtime
• Handle a variety of makes, models, and equipment
• Assist in developing new skills for a career track in service or operation management
