About The Position

This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various equipment in the safest and most effective way to minimize downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and equipment, with specialty lines locations potentially having large-scale power-generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment. The position offers an entrepreneurial and empowering workplace to build skills on diverse equipment, develop new career skills in service or operation management, and work in a safety-focused environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • May need to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade

Nice To Haves

  • Some trade school or equivalent training desired
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
