About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum - Associate's Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
  • Detail Oriented / Quality Mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a Team environment.
  • Solid Organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have solid PC skills/Math skills/Product Knowledge.
  • Approachable, willingly shares knowledge/information, responds to questions, flexes interpersonal style.
  • Consistently productive, efficient, and effective by using time appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • Set up and troubleshooting to component level of various Oscillator types.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret process documents, electronic schematics, and test data.
  • Analyze test data and identify patterns for continuous improvements.
  • Proficient use of oscilloscopes, power meters, frequency counters, multimeters, temp chambers, spectrum analyzers and phase noise equipment.
  • Advanced test system operational knowledge and test system troubleshoot ability.
  • Identify and recommend product, design, and test improvements for manufacturability.
  • Identify and recommend process and test document improvements through EC log.
  • Determine test points of circuits, troubleshoot, and perform new and non-routine investigations to evaluate product/process issues.
  • Perform calculations to determine frequency in PPM, calculate rise and fall time, etc.
  • Aid in prototype development, yield improvements, cost improvement.
  • Complies with company, site, and departmental policies and procedures.
