The position involves managing electronic digital evidence by converting CD images from original format into pdf format, researching ClearSight for appropriate claims, and opening Walmart Evidence Repository (WER) attachments within the ClearSight system. Responsibilities include uploading files, labeling and filing processed CDs and DVDs, transferring video files from the DVD to a shared folder, and setting tasks within ClearSight. The role also requires providing descriptions with instructions on where to view claim videos, selecting priority, category, and reminder dates, and filing processed CDs and DVDs for file retention storage. Additionally, the position coordinates with the appropriate entity to pull physical evidence and discs from Walmart Record Retention and Conduent to fulfill customer requests, processes File Retention Requests submitted by Adjusters and Third Party Administrators, and shares items via the cloud at the customer's request. Other duties may be developed and required as needed.
