This position identifies problems and assists with corrective actions leading to continuous improvements. In addition to, coordinating the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of facilities’ equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and facility grounds. In this role, a typical day will look like: Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installation, and improvement of facility equipment and systems Supporting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure needs Coordinating furniture and equipment moves across the site Training and mentoring other technicians Participating in Kaizen/continuous improvement activities Ensuring the site remains safe, reliable, and operational for all associates Working off‑shift or weekends as needed to support business-critical operations

Requirements

4+ years of experience in facilities, industrial maintenance, or a related technical environment
Experience with building systems (HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical).
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Advanced mechanical/technical problem‑solving skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve non‑routine issues with limited direction

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installation, and improvement of facility equipment and systems
Supporting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure needs
Coordinating furniture and equipment moves across the site
Training and mentoring other technicians
Participating in Kaizen/continuous improvement activities
