About The Position
TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Technician II to join our team in Portland, Maine. With 80+ years' experience as a driving force in the industry, TransCore continues to define the future of transportation. We continue to succeed due to the passion, focus, and expertise of our people, and now need a full-time installation technician to join our systems maintenance team based in Portland, ME. This position involves performing on-site servicing, repair and/or installation and maintenance of electronic toll collection equipment installed throughout the regional service area. This job may include any aspect of field support including troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, systems, and wiring; installation of equipment; upgrades, modifications, programming; preventive maintenance actions; documentation. Work hours include on-call shifts on a rotating basis with other technicians to ensure 24/7 availability for system support, including night and weekend shifts as necessary.
