The Technician II role is a dynamic, service-oriented, and customer-facing position responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of ice machines through installation, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role is vital to the Easy Ice service team, focusing on maximizing equipment lifespan, minimizing service calls, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, passionate about exceptional customer service, and possesses a strong work ethic that inspires collaboration. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding on-site service, building positive customer relationships, managing installation and repair, diagnosing technical issues, training less experienced technicians, and completing detailed service reports. The Technician II will also maintain truck stock, company vehicles, and uphold the Easy Ice brand image.
