WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIES Performs simple and routine technical tasks under close supervision or from detailed procedures.

Requirements

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with one year of previous technician experience or equivalence.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as a team member.
• Knowledge of various tooling and testing equipment.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assembles or installs equipment or parts requiring simple procedures.
• May gather and maintain specified records of engineering data such as tests or drawings, performs computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas, plots data and draws simple curves and graphs.
• May prepare test specimens and operate general equipment of little complexity.
• Work follows established guidelines and precedents and guidance is obtained from engineers or supervisor regarding problems.
• Working overtime may be required for this position.
• Performs other duties and tasks as required.
