Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sewing
• Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and tools
• Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines
• Read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions
• Cut and sew fabric to create high-quality products
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve sewing machine issues
• Train and mentor junior sewing technicians
