Shift: Su - Th 10 pm -7am This position is part of the Purification Value Stream located in San Diego and will be onsite. At IDT, we are one global team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Prepare, test and monitor reagents for synthesis, purification, and quality control processes - Assesses QC data accurately and makes pass/fail decisions for oligos - Use automated and manual lab equipment accurately; including limited maintenance, decontamination and troubleshooting activities while adhering to safety regulations, lab SOPs, and contamination controls

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with 18 months of lab experience
  • Associate’s degree in science related field

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in science related field preferred
  • Excellent computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work or to perform continuously the same work, according to set procedures sequence or pace.
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
