The Technician II is responsible for using automated and manual lab equipment accurately; including limited maintenance and troubleshooting activities. The Technician II will use custom software packages to complete tasks and create final products. This position reports to the Day Supervisor-Long Oligo-Standard , is part of the Long Oligo Value Stream located in Coralville, IA , and will be an on-site role. Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm

Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Uses aids and SOPs to make decisions about the proper production path per product
Some lab experience

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

Maximizes automation for all processes
Adheres to safety regulations, lab SOPs, and contamination controls
Performs other duties as assigned
