Requirements

  • High school diploma, equivalent skilled trades, apprenticeships or equivalent education. Requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience, including, Air Compressors and Clean Room facility maintenance
  • Hands on experience with troubleshooting issues and making basic repairs with electrical, and plumbing ( automatic Flushmeters experience a must)

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for maintenance, installation, repair, and problem resolution for a wide variety of facility systems and equipment related to office, laboratory and Cleanrooms.
  • Primary responsibilities are to work with the Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Team to maintain scheduled equipment support, perform daily differential pressure readings of the Main Controlled Environment Room (CER) and Hydrogel Production Area (HPA), routinely check and inspect the equipment on the roof and utility pads and maintain the cleanliness of facility during normal business hours and throughout the Production schedule.
  • Ensure designated areas of the facility are clean and safe from basic hazards
  • Work with outside service providers that support our facility
  • Maintain and perform PM on equipment and eye wash stations
  • Support departments on set up of all activities on site (picnic, training, all hands)
  • Removal of Hazard Waste from pass –thru windows and waste containers
  • Assist Facilities staff with movement of equipment and furnishings
  • Assist Facilities staff with installation of new equipment
  • Participate in required training
  • Serve as the initial response person for all types of facility related emergencies
