The Technician I position will be responsible for aiding value stream associates in maintaining lab cleanliness not only to team standards but to the standards of IDT as a company. This position reports to the Supervisor for that shift, is part of the Commercial and Regulatory Practices value stream located in Coralville, IA and all work is performed on-site. Anticipated Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 7:00am - 7:30pm (weekend day) In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Accurately use aids and work instructions to make decisions about proper production flow based on product type or services. Use a variety of lab equipment to process products including maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols in accordance with work instructions and Maintenance Connection software.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree or related education
  • Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience
