The hours for this position are Monday -Thursday 6am to 4:30, giving you a three-day weekend! This role is located at our New Britain Facility. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of warehouse/industrial/manufacturing experience
Able to read, write and speak English
Must have basic math skills
Strong mechanical knowledge
Ability to follow instruction and work independently
Good communication skills
Complete facility specific Operator position training per the MicroCare Training and Development Matrix and perform any additional responsibilities per the Matrix
Ability to read and follow detailed batch ticket instructions
Mathematically competent
Warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing work experience
Ability to adhere to deadlines

Nice To Haves

Chemical blending experience
Proficient in computer skills
Knowledge of manufacturing conveyor systems
Mechanical abilities
Forklift Certification
Ability to observe and provide process improvement guidance/suggestions

Responsibilities

Assist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all of the different types of MicroCare products.
Package, label, lot, and stack all products according to batch ticket instructions.
Inspect all finished products for accuracy and quality.
Maintain clean work environment.
Dispose of daily trash and cardboard.
Assist in various warehouse tasks as needed.
If required, move raw materials and finished goods around the warehouse with propane powered forklift.
Promote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
