- Tasks are multiple and diverse with some interrelationship across processes.

- There is some budget responsibility and expenditure authority.
- Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
- Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems.
- Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
- Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies and practices.
- Refers unusual problems to supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Take care of customer, whether it be contractor or after sale customer
- Repair vehicle properly and with safe techniques
- Vehicle inspection against industry accepted standards
- Minor shop duties (clean up, trash)
- Maintain a tidy work area
