About The Position

Responsible for administering lawn care services such as fertilizers, weed control, pest control, and aeration to residential and commercial properties.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
No experience required.
Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage assigned routes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to complete company-provided training, including safety and chemical application protocols.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care products according to the company’s protocols and customer service plans.
• Perform turf evaluations and lawn assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Use company-provided equipment, such as spreaders and sprayers, to perform accurate and effective applications.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering basic client questions about lawn care treatments.
• Notify customers of the work performed and provide recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance.
• Report customer concerns or questions to the Service Manager for follow-up when needed.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Handle and apply chemicals in accordance with company policies, label instructions, and regulatory standards.
• Document all chemical applications and services performed in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs for each property serviced, including products used and observations of lawn conditions.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and loading/unloading of equipment and materials.
• Perform other seasonal tasks as needed, such as aeration and overseeding.
