About The Position
Primarily responsible for ensuring that customer and contractor vehicle service and repair needs are met. JOB DUTIES • Take care of customer, whether it be contractor or after sale customer • Repair vehicle properly and with safe techniques • Vehicle inspection against industry accepted standards • Minor shop duties (clean up, trash) • Maintain a tidy work area POSITION REQUIREMENTS • High school Diploma/GED • Vocational/Technical/Business School • Diagnostic Training • Knowledge of product • Repair skills • Problem solving • Basic computer skills CHARACTERISTICS • Honesty & Integrity in all matters • Customer Service Focused • Excellent Communication skills • Problem Solver • Strong Technical Aptitude • Up-to-date Technologically • Solid work ethic • Organized
