Job Description: Certify and assist in training production operators Assist management with improving the efficiency of manufacturing processes Make decisions on production holds to disposition lots in a timely manner Operate production equipment as required Initiate, perform, and implement corrective action towards resolving process and equipment problems Perform daily routine checks and qualifications on equipment Perform designated machine calibrations Troubleshoot out of control tool and product issues Write and/or modify operating specifications Write reports to assist in the recommendation of process or equipment changes Write regular progress reports Work with engineers to generate OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) documents Document new and edited recipes Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data Work with Document Control to update equipment procedures as needed Interface effectively with personnel from all departments to obtain corporation and coordination of efforts needed to accomplish tasks assigned Generate a detailed passdown for the oncoming shifts and engineers Perform tasks as directed by an engineer Execute experiments under the direction of an engineer Document experiment results Shift: Back nights (D) every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 7pm-7:12am
