About The Position

As a Pet Solutions Technician, you will play a crucial role in this mission by installing and servicing our pet solutions in customers' homes. This position is not just a job; it is a labor of love that requires a genuine passion for pets and their owners. In this role, you will be responsible for installing Invisible Fence® Brand pet solutions daily, ensuring that all equipment is set up, operated, and maintained properly. You will also be tasked with training pets to adapt to our solutions while providing exceptional customer service. This includes designing and confirming solution layouts with customers, addressing their concerns promptly, and maintaining a clean and neat installation environment. Your ability to deliver friendly, positive, and professional service will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and their pets. As a Pet Solutions Technician, you will also be expected to maintain proper documentation of customer visits, manage inventory for service vehicles, and report any issues to your supervisors. Your role will involve a significant amount of travel to customer locations, and you will need to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. This position requires a commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction levels and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
