Job Description: As a Lexus Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Lexus vehicles to ensure they meet the high standards expected by our discerning customers. You will work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to deliver quality service and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology preferred.
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Lexus vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid automotive technician certification (ASE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting on various Lexus models using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications while ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to address customer concerns and provide clear explanations of required services and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used, adhering to service department protocols.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Lexus technologies, service updates, and repair techniques through ongoing training and development.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
