LOCATION: Tioga, ND BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for watching over and maintaining the Crude oil terminals to make sure they are always functioning properly. Troubleshooting issues with equipment control panels and error lights and communicating with equipment technicians relating to these issues. Assisting with the installation of operating equipment and keeping up with maintenance schedules.

Requirements

  • Strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to communicate safety requirements to others working on site.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Mechanically minded with a strong understanding of how things work
  • Tank Gauging, measurements, sampling to API standards
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • 5 years’ experience in terminal operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Reside within 1 hour of Beavers Lodge North Dakota
  • College degree or technical training preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related programs.
  • Ability to drive long distances to and from different sites
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working at heights, climbing stairs, and ladders

Responsibilities

  • Completes safety inspections of equipment and facilities as required to ensure safe operations.
  • Perform routine clean up, housekeeping and maintenance of facilities and equipment within assigned geographical area and other areas as required.
  • Keep Operations manager informed of all operational progress or deficiencies.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance at terminals
  • Complete all training as identified as mandatory for regulatory compliance, as well as company associated courses.
