As a Factory Quality Technician, you’ll ensure the HACCP/Food Safety Plans are effective and compliant with all regulatory, internal, and external requirements. You’ll help develop, implement, manage, review, and enforce the HACCP program and principles with a focus on prevention and education. An open line of communication with factory leadership and personnel to share feedback on HACCP compliance is expected. As a member of the factory food safety team, you’ll also promote continuous improvement as it pertains to quality and safety, the core of our culture.
