Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Familiarity with basic shop equipment and hand tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Trade school certification or associate degree in a technical field.
• 1+ years of relatable experience in an HVAC laboratory environment.
• OSHA safety certification.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment and apparatus for HVAC appliances.
• Prepare test samples for performance evaluation.
• Perform basic analysis of test data and routine calculations.
• Interact with customers professionally, maintaining a positive appearance and attitude.
• Follow diligent safety practices and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with lead crew members to complete projects according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, equipment, and tools.
• Conduct site survey activities as part of a team.
• Attend mandatory training sessions on new products and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
