The Technician, Endpoint Support position at the University of Rhode Island is responsible for managing information technology systems endpoint devices within the College of Education. This role involves providing expert assistance to customers on a variety of endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The technician may also participate in project teams with other support staff and is expected to perform duties with minimal supervision. After an initial onboarding period, this role will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, allowing for one or more days per week offsite.
