The End User Support (EUS) Technician at T-Mobile is responsible for providing tier 1 and tier 2 desktop support to ensure the effective operation of systems across various locations, including Regional Business Offices, Call Centers, and Retail locations. This role focuses on maintaining connectivity and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a range of systems such as PCs, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure. Technicians will work both independently and collaboratively, following established processes and contributing to the national support team.
