Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Associate degree/technical certificate in related field and/or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with automation systems (building, facility, packaging, utility, and process controls).
- Experience with PLC Software – Studio 5000 and/or Siemens Software – TIA Portal.
- Experience with HMI systems (Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk View or Aveva Wonderware).
Responsibilities
- Execute real time trouble shooting and problem solving with maintenance/Operations team and follow-up on issues to ensure completion.
- Support maintenance troubleshooting and line maintenance as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all electrical and automation platforms, equipment, and unplanned machine stops.
- Analyze performance data to improve equipment unplanned stops.
- Participate in Pillar Activities, AWG, MWG, IWG, and maintain KPIs.
