Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and collaboratively with team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic working knowledge of mechanical tools, including various wrenches, drivers, sockets, and pliers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate testing and diagnostics of manufacturing processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of diagnostic machinery to determine and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improvements strictly adhering to quality standards.
  • Document and report diagnostic results and maintain records for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of diagnostic procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including the safe handling and management of any hazardous materials.
