Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to pass required color‑vision testing.
Demonstrated teamwork skills and reliability in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to make sound judgments and independent decisions.

Responsibilities

Operate capsule imprinting machines to produce high‑quality finished goods.
Perform printing, finishing, and weigh‑counter tasks to support production schedules.
Rotate between printing and finishing areas based on operational needs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine cleaning of print booths.
Follow all safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork expectations.
Work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with mandatory overtime as needed.
Support additional duties as required to meet business needs.
