Program alternates weekly between one of our Ohio Cat training facilities (Cleveland or Columbus) and your home shop. ~640 hours of hands-on training on Caterpillar heavy equipment. Comprehensive training in: CAT System Fundamentals Safety & Rigging Machine Familiarization Electrical 1 & 2 Powertrain 1 & 2 Engines 1 & 2 Hydraulics 1 & 2 Air Conditioning Applied Failure Analysis Preventive Maintenance And MORE What You’ll Do: Learn to service and repair Caterpillar heavy equipment. Master the basics of engines, electrical systems, and welding. Collaborate with expert technicians and serve real customers. Build a foundation for a lifelong career with a global leader. Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
