About The Position
The Technician/Desktop Administrator position is located in Broomfield, Colorado, at Northwest Parkway, LLC, one of four toll road operators in Colorado. The company operates a 9-mile toll road on the northwest side of Denver and has a complete toll collection system that tracks, manages, and bills customers. The team is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to help maintain their leadership in technology. The role involves providing hardware maintenance, desktop support, and on-call support for the toll collection system, including installing and maintaining roadside hardware and assisting in new deployments. The position requires working on various technologies, including tolling IoT devices, Windows environment, O365 apps, Azure environment, and physical security systems.
