About The Position

We're looking for a responsible and skilled Technician Block Production to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a strong physical presence and the ability to handle substantial weight with ease. This position involves the continuous handling of concrete blocks, each weighing an average of 50 lbs., demanding both strength and endurance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Prior experience with forklift operation is highly desirable.
• A background in electrical work, welding, and fabrication is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment.
• Communicate effectively, following verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain stamina and focus while standing for extended periods.
• Navigate and climb conveyors and vertical ladders, demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
• Learn and adapt to various operational roles including operator, cuber, and forklift duties.
• Operate heavy machinery such as wheeled loaders and forklifts with proficiency.
• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Perform various physical tasks including bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling.
• Utilize tools and equipment with dexterity and precision.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and guidelines.
