The Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) - Body Apprentice at Caliber Collision is designed for individuals looking to start a career in vehicle repair. This full-time position involves learning to repair damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques. The apprentice will work under the guidance of a mentor, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in reading estimates, identifying damage, and ensuring quality repairs.

  • Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques.
  • Learn and apply all training material and hands-on skills related to vehicle repair.
  • Follow the mentor's direction in the repair process.
  • Read estimates and identify vehicle damage accurately.
  • Check work for quality and accuracy.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
  • Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
